Part of the main dining hall is
visible in the background. The tower with the ladder is for the band.
The hotel is located just north of the tourist center, Nusa Dua. It's the
last hotel on the small peninsula, Benoa Peninsula, that juts northward from
the east side of the southern "foot" of Bali.
The big volcano Mt. Agung is visible to the north in clear weather. I saw
its silhouette one evening just before sunset on the third day. I didn't
even know it was there, took me completely by surprise.
