Taken on a relatively steady night, the resolution of this image is very good. Mosaic of 10 pictures. I used a monochrome version of the CMOS sensor for this shot.

This is a mosaic of 10 pictures. Each picture is a composite of about 50 exposures. The Moon was low in the sky, and atmospheric turbulence reduced the detail in the images.
